Facebook on Wednesday removed a post from the account of President Donald Trump in which he said in a video interview that children are "almost immune" from Covid-19. Twitter also temporarily banned the president's campaign account from tweeting.

Trump applauded the country's coronavirus vaccine and therapeutic development, saying it has had "tremendous success" and is "ready to deliver them literally as soon" as they're approved.

President Trump said he supported a proposal that has gained bipartisan support for $25 billion in additional federal aid for airline payrolls.
