Emirates REIT to pay 5 cent dividend

Emirates REIT, the Sharia-compliant regulated Real Estate Investment Trust incorporated in the Dubai International Financial Centre and listed on NASDAQ Dubai, on Monday announced its proposal to pay a total final dividend in relation to 2013 of USD 14.98 million or $0.05 (18.4 fils) per ordinary share to those shareholders on the register on June 18.

Indonesia mandates banks for up to $1.5 bln sovereign sukuk

DUBAI, May 26 (Reuters) - Indonesia has mandated HSBCHSBA.L , Standard Chartered STAN.L and CIMB Group Holdings Bhd CIMB.KL to arrange a sovereign sukuk issue of up to $1.5 billion, sources aware of the matter told Reuters on Monday.The head of the Indonesian finance ministry&aposs debt management office, Robert Pakpahan, confirmed that the government had appointed the three banks as underwriters.
