Mattar Al Tayer, Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), has recently opened Drivers Rehabilitation Center at Rawiyya, Dubai; which is considered the first smart training center dedicated to training taxi drivers of franchise companies and drivers of on-demand taxicabs (luxury /Limo taxi service) in the Emirate of Dubai.
