ISTANBUL, Nov 28 (Reuters) - Turkey&aposs treasury said on Friday it planned to borrow 1.2 billion lira ($542.37 million) from domestic markets in December against debt redemptions of 1.1 billion lira.Borrowing in January was seen at 10.8 billion lira against redemptions of 12.3 billion. In February, borrowing was seen at 14.4 billion lira against redemptions of 16.1 billion, the treasury said in
