UAE's Abraaj offers USD118m for 100% of Egypt's Bisco Misr
UAE's Abraaj Investment Management has made a formal offer of EGP 850 million (USD 118.88 million) for 100% of Bisco Misr, one of Egypt's main producers of cakes and biscuits, the regulator said.
