New rules in Discovery Gardens: No smoking in buildings, kids playing in corridors

Residents of 291 buildings in Discovery Gardens, a master community in Dubai that has over 20,000 apartments, have been issued a circular, asking them to comply with building rules and regulations with violators facing counteractive action to legal action.
